We grow coffee varieties suited to the climatic, environmental and soil characteristics of the Cerrado in Minas Gerais: Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Arara, Topázio and other types of 100% Arabica fruit that guarantee a production scale, sensory standardization throughout the harvests and a sweet and full-bodied profile that is quite unique to the region.

We use a variety of post-harvest methods and processes (Natural, Hulled Cherry, Fermented and Honey) in our search for unique and surprising blends and sensory profiles. Specific micro-batches are selectively harvested to guarantee the standardization of the fruit and maximum use of the grains.
This diversity allows the quality team to create and experiment with new natural and fermented microlot tests (aerobic and anaerobic), look for singularities in the fruit and discover coffees that surprise in the cup. Everyday coffee with new looks and sensory nuances.
