ACAI ICE CREAM
The acai ice cream is made from the pulp of acai, with the addition of sugar and other food ingredients, giving the product a consistency of ice cream ready for consumption.
Both products were obtained by pasteurization process in order to eliminate possible pathogenic organisms guaranteeing the integrity, quality and microbiological safety of the product.
