ACAI PUREE

Goola Açaí Frozen Pulp is a product extracted from the edible part of açaí berry, belonging to the specie Euterpe Oleracea, with addition of water and subsequent filtration, presenting 10-14% of total solids, according to client's specifications and market requirements. The acai pulp is extracted from the berries following strict quality criteria to avoid any interference with the taste and quality of the final product. Product is submitted under pasteurizing process, which eliminates possible pathogenic organisms guaranteeing the quality and microbiological safety of the product.

This product can be used at retail, food service and/or industrial applications. The packaging we have available are: Sachet 100g; Pack 400g (4 x100g), Bag 1kg, Plastic Pail 18kg, and Metal Drums 170kg.
