Fleur de Sel
The 100% natural and handmade Fleur de Sel. Using the technique of French salt pans, Cimsal is a pioneer in the production and commercialization of Flor de Sal in Brazil. Lots of sunshine, gentle breezes and low humidity are specific climatic conditions for the precipitation of Cimsal Fleur de Sel. The rare crystals are carefully collected by hand at specific times from the surfaces of the salt pans and dried naturally in the sun, constituting a natural product of the highest quality. After the harvesting process, the crystals are filled by hand by the artisans and marketed to gourmet stores and restaurants around the world. In addition to maintaining all the aroma of the sea, Cimsal Salt Flower contains more than 80 minerals and trace elements. The content of sodium chloride, the main component of salt, is, however, relatively low. Magnesium, one of the first components to precipitate on water surfaces, acts as a natural flavor enhancer, making it also an alternative for fans of healthy living.
