Santa Clara

Santa Clara is the oldest dairy cooperative operating in Brazil and isalso the first to be granted ISO certification in Rio Grande do Sul, processing 750,000 liters of milk per day, yielding a range of over 140 products, including milk, cheese, dairy beverages, Temper Cheese, cream cheese and other dairy treats.

From the raw material to the finished product, more than 7,200 daily analyzes are conducted in the Cooperative's laboratories in order to ensure that only the finest quality product is delivered to consumers.

Monthly production capacity from 1,000kg to 3,000kg per type of Aged Cheese. 6,000 kg of Colonial, Samsø and over 10,000 kg of Provolone Cheese.
